Media Advisory - Runnymede Healthcare Centre Welcomes President of Malta
TORONTO, April 30, 2018 /CNW/ - Her Excellency, Marie-Louise Coleiro Preca, the President of Malta, together with the Ambassador of Malta, Pierre Clive Agius, and the Consul General of Malta, Hanan El Khatib, will tour Runnymede Healthcare Centre on Tuesday, May 1, 2018. The President is set to meet with Runnymede's President and Chief Executive Officer, Connie Dejak, as well as visit with some of the hospital's Maltese patients and their families.
Runnymede is situated in the Little Malta neighbourhood of Toronto and has a strong community of Maltese-Canadian patients, staff and partners.
This is the second time Runnymede has hosted a dignitary from Malta. Malta's Prime Minister toured the hospital in 2013.
