Rupert Duchesne believes that we are in the midst of another period of nation building, and that business must take a leading role. Drawing on his experience as CEO first of Groupe Aeroplan then its successor, Aimia, Mr. Duchesne will argue that at the same time, government needs to rethink how it helps business succeed.
