Media Advisory - Science and Status of Women ministers to celebrate International Day of Women and Girls in Science Français
TORONTO, Feb. 10, 2017 /CNW/ - The Honourable Kirsty Duncan, Minister of Science, will be joined by the Honourable Maryam Monsef, Minister of Status of Women, along with Jennifer Flanagan of Actua and female researchers for a Facebook live discussion celebrating the International Day of Women and Girls in Science.
After the panel discussion, audience members will be invited to ask the panelists questions on the role of women in science. Following that, attendees will be invited to interact with Oculus Rift, a new Facebook-supported virtual reality system.
