Few junior mineral exploration companies decide to make the leap and become a mining company. But a small company in Montreal, Osisko Exploration, did just that after it discovered a major gold deposit in the Abitibi region. Sean Roosen, at the helm of this newly created Québec-based mining company and one of its founding members, will talk about the milestones, risks, challenges and aspirations that such a decision may entail.
