LONGUEUIL, QC, May 13 /CNW Telbec/ - SFK Pulp (TSX: SFK.UN) announce today that it will hold its 2010 Annual and Special Meeting of Unitholders on Wednesday, May 19th, 2010 at 10 a.m. (Eastern Time) at the Salon Pierre de Coubertin of the OMNI Mont-Royal Hotel in Montreal.
Members of the press are invited to attend the meeting and to participate in a press conference with Pierre Gabriel Côté, President and Chief Executive Officer and Patsie Ducharme, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, following the meeting at approximately 11:00 a.m.

SFK Pulp (TSX: SFK.UN), a leader in the production and distribution of high-quality virgin and recycled kraft pulp, operates three mills located in Saint-Félicien, Québec, Fairmont, West Virginia, and in Menominee, Michigan.
