Media Advisory - Skills and Post-Secondary Education Summit 2013: Developing the Talent We Need for a Competitive Nation - Day 1
TORONTO, Nov. 4, 2013 /CNW/ - Training for skilled trades and international comparisons highlight Day 1 of the Skills and Post-Secondary Education Summit 2013, hosted by the Conference Board's new Centre for Skills and Post-Secondary Education.
Speakers representing five nations, including Minister Counsellor Michael Schwager (Australia), Tuija Hirvikoski (Finland) and Urs Obrist (Switzerland) will be discussing how the world's top ranked countries in education are successfully making their Post-Secondary systems a priority. These case studies will offer many important lessons to the future of Canada's educational strategy.
