OTTAWA, Nov. 28, 2016 /CNW/ - The Honourable Patty Hajdu, Minister of Status of Women, will travel to Deauville, France to attend the Women's Forum for the Economy and Society, November 30 to December 2, 2016.
The Women's Forum for the Economy and Society is the world's leading platform featuring women's views and voices on major social and economic issues.
On December 1 at 11:20 am (CET), Minister Hajdu will deliver remarks at an event entitled Re-inventing the workplace to unlock gender diversity potential hosted by McKinsey & Company.
On December 2 at 11:45 am (CET), Minister Hajdu will participate in a discussion entitled Policy for the next stage of women's economic advancement with Ms. Claire Doole, former BBC correspondent and spokeswoman for the UN Refugee Agency and World Wildlife Fund.
