Campaign will call on Liberal leadership candidates to commit to stopping job-killing trades tax
TORONTO, Dec. 10, 2012 /CNW/ - The Stop The Trades Tax campaign will be making a major announcement, unveiling seven new members representing thousands of additional Ontario tradespeople who stand opposed to the Ontario government's controversial new trades tax tomorrow at Queen's Park.
The campaign will also unveil the details of the new Stop The Trades Tax MPP pledge. The campaign will call on Liberal leadership candidates to commit to ending plans for this job-killing trades tax.
This announcement comes on the heels of the addition of three new associations last week, including the Trillium Auto Dealers Association who represent 10,000 auto mechanics and 1,000 small businesses.
