"We're doing everything we can to end this strike," said Local 316 bargaining team member Courtney Huycke. "We're keeping the pressure on, we're gathering public support, and we're holding strong on the picket lines. Today's rally is about showing the employer that the entire union really is behind us, and they're sticking with us until the employer comes to the table with a fair deal that respects the work that we do."
