MEDIA ADVISORY - Students Available for Comment on Tuition Fees Survey

OTTAWA, Sept. 15 /CNW/ - Representatives of the Canadian Federation of Students will be available for comment following the release of Statistics Canada's annual tuition fee survey on the morning of Thursday, September 16.

Tuition fees continue to increase across the country despite the news that the government of Canada expects federal student debt to surpass $15 billion this fall.

The Canadian Federation of Students is Canada's largest student organisation. It is composed of over 80 university and college students' associations with a combined membership of over one half million students in all ten provinces.
