MEDIA ADVISORY - Students Call on Candidates to Support U-PASS
OTTAWA, Oct. 12 /CNW/ - Students from Carleton University, the University of Ottawa, and la Cité Collégiale are calling on municipal candidates to support making the Universal Transit Pass a permanent program if elected. Students are inviting all mayoral and city council candidates to a public pledge signing at the University of Ottawa to commit to students if elected they will support students' call for an affordable transit pass.
