NORTH BAY, ON, Jan. 22, 2014 /CNW/ - The Canadian Federation of Students-Ontario will be presenting students' recommendations for the 2014 Ontario Budget to the Standing Committee on Finance and Economic Affairs today in North Bay.

Students' recommendations include reducing tuition fees for all students by 30 per cent, addressing illegal ancillary fees and illegal internships, improving access to graduate studies and increasing funding for student transit fares.

The Canadian Federation of Students-Ontario is the province's largest student organization, representing more than 300,000 college and university students, including all students at Nippissing University, Laurentian University, Lakehead University, Algoma University and Collège Boréal.
