TORONTO, Nov. 14, 2012 /CNW/ - Cold weather means it is time to get winter driving skills in high gear. Whether the road is icy, wet, snow-covered - or just plain cold - all that a driver can rely upon is a good set of winter tires, and winter driving skills to stay safe.  Using special skidpads, the latest in automotive testing technology to recreate the experience of driving on icy roads, Richard Spénard, a motorsport hall of famer and Michelin winter driving expert, will make a one-day stop in Toronto to help sharpen winter driving techniques with interested participants.
