OTTAWA, Nov. 21, 2017 /CNW/ - Canadian Heritage is inviting media representatives to attend a technical briefing on the programming and logistics for various Canada 150 programming taking place in Ottawa–Gatineau throughout December. This will include information related to closing events, the Canada 150 skating rink on Parliament Hill, and Christmas Lights Across Canada, as well as other activities throughout the month.

Following the technical briefing, the Honourable Mélanie Joly, Minister of Canadian Heritage, and the Honourable Kent Hehr, Minister of Sport and Persons with Disabilities will join partners for a photo opportunity in front of the Canada 150 letters on the lawn of Parliament Hill.
