Tembec President and Chief Executive Officer, James Lopez , will provide an update on the Company's corporate and financial activities for the fiscal year ended September 26, 2009 and the first quarter results of the current fiscal year ended December 26, 2009 . He will be accompanied by Michel Dumas , Executive Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer.

Tembec's press briefing will be followed by the Company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders at 11 a.m. (EST ).
