Tembec President and Chief Executive Officer, James Lopez, will provide an update on the Company's corporate and financial activities for the fiscal year ended September 26, 2015, and the first quarter results of the current fiscal year ended December 26, 2015. He will be accompanied by Michel Dumas, Executive Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer.

Tembec's meeting with the press will be followed by the Company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders at 11 a.m. (EST). The Meeting will take place in the Saint-François Room of The Queen Elizabeth Hotel and will be livecast on the Internet, in audio mode only, in the "Investor Relations" section on the Company's website at www.tembec.com. An audio recording of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will also be available as of 4 p.m. (EST) on January 28, 2016, in the "Investor Relations" section on the Company's website at www.tembec.com.
