CALGARY, Feb. 22, 2012 /CNW/ - Recent studies commissioned by The School of Public Policy have shown that Canada's 20-year-old GST is plagued with problems. According to noted economist Jack Mintz, "The GST is now one of the most inefficient value-added taxes in the developed world. It needs to be fixed."
