Media Advisory - The Honourable Lisa Raitt and 75 others to take over Yonge/Dundas intersection in flash mob for arthritis

What:			Over 75 individuals will be dancing at one of Canada's busiest intersections in the heart of Toronto to encourage Canadians to MOVE IT for arthritis, a disease affecting more than 4.6 million Canadians.
			The Honourable Lisa Raitt, Federal Minister of Labour and ambassador of The Arthritis Society's 4^th Annual Walk to Fight Arthritis presented by the makers of TYLENOL® will speak following the professionally-choreographed, arthritis-friendly flash mob.

Why:			Arthritis is the leading cause of disability in Canada, and may cost an estimated $33 billion annually. Funding is urgently needed to turn the tide on the financial, social and emotional costs of the disease.
			This flash mob aims to increase awareness of the disease and encourage participation in the Walk to Fight Arthritis, presented by the makers of Tylenol® which takes place on Sunday, June 9, 2013 at the Evergreen Brick Works in Toronto and 30 other locations across Canada.
