Media Advisory - The QFREB appears before the Committee on Public Finance concerning Bill 141 Français
MONTREAL, Jan. 18, 2018 /CNW Telbec/ - The Québec Federation of Real Estate Boards (QFREB) will be appearing before the Committee on Public Finance concerning Bill 141 on behalf of the province's 13,000 real estate brokers to ask the Minister for a fair and equitable regulation of real estate brokerage.
The QFREB deplores the double standards that have taken root in the real estate industry in recent years and which has created a significant breach in public protection. The QFREB believes that any professional who presents himself as a specialist in real estate brokerage should be subject to the same rules.
