CALGARY, April 24, 2015 /CNW/ - The School of Public Policy will release an alarming report by Prof. Ron Kneebone on the deficit crisis facing Newfoundland and Labrador.  Using data from a span of over 44 years, the report  will show that dependence on energy royalty revenue has put Newfoundland in an untenable position.  With a 2015-16 budget slated for the end of April, this report will cut through political spin and present the facts on Newfoundland's new stark fiscal reality.
