TORONTO , Jan. 20 /CNW/ - TVO and The Agenda with Steve Paikin are coming to Timmins, Ontario on March 21 and 22 to hear from Northern Ontarians on how the province is being reinvented in the new economy.

    WHAT:     Two-day interactive event including daylong, public workshop
              called AgendaCamp, and a live on-location broadcast of The
              Agenda with Steve Paikin.

    WHERE:    Timmins, Ontario. Venues TBD

    WHEN:     Sunday March 21 (AgendaCamp) and Monday March 22 at 8 pm (live
              broadcast of The Agenda with Steve Paikin)

    WHY:      Final stop on The Agenda with Steve Paikin's On the Road tour;
              this stop will focus on how Northern Ontario will reinvent
              itself coming out of the recession.
    

TVO is seeking participants from Northern Ontario for an innovative daylong community forum called AgendaCamp that will bring together community leaders, policymakers, members of the public, program guests, and anchor and senior editor Steve Paikin to share ideas about reinventing Ontario in the 21st century. Participants will also help determine the agenda for the live broadcast of The Agenda with Steve Paikin the following day.
