Media Advisory - TODAY: YVR and CATSA Provide Tips for Easy Holiday Travel
RICHMOND, BC, Dec. 10, 2018 /CNW/ - As Vancouver International Airport (YVR) prepares for another record holiday season with projections of close to 90,000 passengers on some of the busiest days, YVR and the Canadian Air Transport Security Authority (CATSA) invite media to attend today's holiday travel tips event.
During this event, tips on how to best navigate the airport and enjoy a leisurely travel experience will be shared by YVR, and CATSA will advise on how to move quickly through security processes. Visuals will also be provided, including recently surrendered items from security checkpoints at YVR.
