TORONTO, Jan. 28, 2014 /CNW/ - Raising the Roof's annual Toque Tuesday, February 4th will raise funds and awareness in support of Canada's estimated 200,000 homeless.
| WHAT: | Across Canada, thousands of volunteers will take to the streets, shopping malls and local transit hubs to sell $10 toques. NEW this year is a limited edition, faux fur toque for $25 and socks for $10 both available at www.raisingtheroof.org while supplies last! 80% of net proceeds support local community agency partners. The remainder benefits Raising the Roof's work on long-term solutions to homelessness across Canada. | |||
