TORONTO , Dec. 22 /CNW/ - Frank McKenna, the Deputy Chair of TD Financial Group who was recently dubbed "the most influential man in the city" by Toronto Life magazine, will deliver the keynote address to the Toronto Board of Trade at its 122nd Annual Dinner on January 25, 2010 .

The Toronto Board of Trade's Annual Dinner marks the first major black-tie gala on Toronto's social calendar. With a select crowd of over 1,500 people in attendance, this event marks the most influential gathering of this country's business and political leaders at any time of the year.

Amanda Lang , co-host of CBC Newsworld's The Lang and O'Leary Exchange, will serve as the gala's master of ceremonies for the second consecutive year.
