TORONTO, June 11, 2014 /CNW/ - Calling all the Rob Ford freaks, theater geeks, political lovers and performers alike. This September the crazy train is coming to town. "Rob Ford The Musical: The Birth of a Ford Nation" will be an unabashed, take-no-prisoners comedy, and Toronto's response to our unique political 'situation'.
The musical opens September 16th at Toronto's Historic Factory Theatre, but before the show goes on, a Mayor Ford must be found.
Media are invited to attend what is sure to be a casting call unlike any other.

Where: Second City Training Center, 70 Peter Street Lower Level, Toronto
Performers Should Bring: Their quirky, talented, interesting self, ready to preform a one-minute comedy monologue and one pop, rock, or comedy song and headshot and resume. Feel free to dress as Rob Ford. No resemblance required - 'colour blind' casting.
