TORONTO, Oct 4 /CNW/ - Toronto's Vital Signs 2010 being released tomorrow by the Toronto Community Foundation reveals that while Toronto is a winning city, it is no time for a victory lap. Toronto Community Foundation President & CEO, Rahul Bhardwaj will present this year's Report at a luncheon hosted by the Canadian Club of Toronto as part of this year's launch activities.
