Grade nine students will learn the 'ins and outs' of the business by participating in sessions including fleet operations, electrical awareness, driver training, emergency preparedness and engineering. | |||

WHY | Last year, Toronto Hydro received an honourable mention in the Learning Partnership Canada's Outstanding Employers Award, which champions Take Our Kids to Work. As well, Toronto Hydro was recognized as one of Canada's and Toronto's Best Employers. Through programs such as Take Our Kids to Work day, Toronto Hydro stresses the importance of education. Collaboration with the educational system has helped to build awareness of apprenticeships and technical job opportunities to address aging workforce challenges. |
