OTTAWA, Sept. 17 /CNW/ - The Honourable Peter MacKay, Minister of National Defence, will join Mr. Jim Boudreau, Member of the Legislative Assembly for Guysborough-Sheet Harbour, on behalf of the Honourable Bill Estabrooks, Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal, Province of Nova Scotia, to officially open a twinned section of Highway 104 between New Glasgow and Pine Tree Road, Nova Scotia.
