MONTREAL, Aug. 23, 2013 /CNW Telbec/ - A press conference will be held today to discuss the lawsuit filed by Katie Nelson against the City of Montreal and its police force for persistent physical, verbal and sexual harassment and political profiling, notably during student protests taking place over the last two years. The case, to be argued by renowned constitutional law expert Julius Grey, will seek to establish the first national precedent on the illegality of profiling based on political convictions.
