WINNIPEG, Feb. 27, 2015 /CNW/ - The swift correction in oil prices has changed the economic outlook for Canada's provinces. Manitoba and Winnipeg economies are highly diversified and should be well positioned to take advantage of a stronger  U.S. economy, combined with a lower dollar and fuel costs.
