Airline teams up with Big Brothers Big Sisters to take kids to the Big Apple for the day
CALGARY, May 28, 2012 /CNW/ - WestJet today announced it will fly a group of 40 Toronto-based Big Brothers Big Sisters youth and volunteers to New York City for the day as part of the airline's inaugural celebrations for its new Toronto-LaGuardia service on June 4, 2012.
The group will fly to New York on WestJet's first flight departing Toronto Pearson on June 4 at 7 a.m. EDT, returning the same day at 9:29 p.m. The day-long trip will include a series of sightseeing tours and activities donated by Gray Line New York.
