Event topic details:
Lorna Donatone and Tanya van Biesen will discuss results of an international management study that demonstrates a clear correlation between gender-balanced management teams and performance. In fact, the research even identifies an optimal gender balance "zone" that, when achieved, drives performance gains at all levels of management.
The two-year, internal management study was carried out by Sodexo, a global leader in quality of life services, to assess the strategic value of gender balance. Five key business indicators (KPIs) were studied to compare the performance of 100 subsidiary management teams, involving 50,000 managers in 80 countries.
The event is being organized by Catalyst Canada and sponsored by CIBC and the Canadian chapter of the 30% Club.
