TORONTO, Feb. 26, 2018 /CNW/ - Following five months of fruitless negotiations, Contract Faculty, Teaching Assistants and Graduate Assistants at York University will rally for a fair deal tomorrow afternoon at 12:30 pm, in York University's Vari Hall.
These education workers are members of Local 3903 of the Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE 3903).
The union's contract expired on August 31, 2017. With a looming strike deadline of March 5, CUPE 3903 is calling on the public to support their efforts to achieve a fair deal.
