Media Advisory - World expert on impact of children's pre-school education to give talk at IWK Health Center
HALIFAX, April 29, 2013 /CNW/ - The principle researcher for the largest study ever conducted on the impact of preschool education on children gives a free public lecture at the O.E. Smith Auditorium, May 2.
For the past 16 years Dr. Edward Melhuish has followed 4,000 children in the UK and Northern Ireland, matching their preschool experiences to their later cognitive, language and behavioral development. He regularly meets with governments around the world, advising them on programs that improve children's lives.
