Media Advisory - World expert on impact of children's pre-school education to give talk at University of PEI
CHARLOTTETOWN, PEI, April 26, 2013 /CNW/ - The principle researcher for the largest study ever conducted on the impact of preschool education on children gives a free public lecture at the University of Prince Edward Island, April 29.
For the past 16 years Dr. Edward Melhuish has followed 4,000 children in the UK and Northern Ireland, matching their preschool experiences to their later cognitive, language and behavioral development. He regularly meets with governments around the world, advising them on programs that improve children's lives.
