Media Advisory - YVR celebrates First Non-Stop Canadian Flight to Melbourne with Air Canada

RICHMOND, BC, Dec. 1, 2017 /CNW/ - Join YVR and Air Canada today for celebrations welcoming the first ever direct, non-stop flight from Vancouver to Melbourne. YVR will provide media with an image-rich event, featuring the signature Melbourne skyline, a didgeridoo performance and speeches from airport, government and airline officials.

In addition to the Melbourne service, we will also be celebrating two new Air Canada seasonal routes launching in the month of December: Vancouver-Yellowknife on December 15 and Vancouver-Orlando on December 20.
