Media Advisory & Availability - RBC and the NHLPA bring the excitement of professional hockey to High River and leave a lasting legacy for Foothills Minor Hockey

| WHAT: | RBC and the NHLPA have come together with funds generated from the RBC Play Hockey Charity Challenge to assist Foothills Minor Hockey. The RBC Play Hockey Charity Challenge was held in Toronto on December 19, 2012 and featured more than 30 NHLPA members in a game benefitting grassroots hockey initiatives. |
| A $50,000 donation, in the form of equipment, will be presented to the 304 kids playing in the Foothills Minor Hockey Association to ensure they are back out on the ice for the launch of hockey season. | |
| Following the presentation members of the association will take part in a celebratory ball hockey game captained by Matt Stajan and TJ Galiardi. | |
