What:	Cranberry Golf Resort will break ground on a new 30-unit hotel condominium complex on the shores of Georgian Bay. As the only waterfront resort property in Collingwood, the $27 million complex will contain two-bedroom suites with up to 1,200 square feet of space. The development will feature modern amenities, including an indoor swimming pool with slide, steam room, fitness facilities, lounge bar, arcade zone and climbing wall. It is anticipated that the units will be available for occupancy in Spring 2013.
	Her Worship Sandra Cooper, Mayor of Collingwood, and local town council members will all be on hand for the ribbon-cutting ceremony. Media members are invited to register and attend. Hors d'oeuvres and drinks will be served.
