Mylan Relay for Hope makes special stop at Halifax City Hall, showcases details of program and Canadian AIDS Memorial Quilt

With more than 1345 km travelled from its inaugural launch in St. John's, Newfoundland on April 21, the Mylan Relay for Hope campaign makes its way to the Halifax City Hall with local dignitaries and campaign leadership addressing on-going issues surrounding HIV/AIDS. |

Displayed too will be the Canadian AIDS Memorial Quilt - the Canadian counterpart of the AIDS Memorial Quilt that originated in San Francisco in 1987, and the Quilt of Hope – a campaign developed by Mylan and a group of volunteer quilters that invites Canadians to sign a commemorative quilt in support of HIV/AIDS awareness and education. |
