Media Advisory / Photo Opportunity - Legal application filed to vacate Mayor Ford's seat on City Council

TORONTO, March 12, 2012 /CNW/ - A legal application to remove Mayor Rob Ford from office will be filed by lawyer Clayton Ruby on behalf of Toronto homeowner Paul Magder on Monday morning. The application will be launched at an 11:00 A.M. press conference in the Toronto City Hall Press Gallery. The reasons for the application will be disclosed at the press conference.
