Media Advisory - Addressing online hate and religious intolerance on Holocaust Remembrance Day Français
TORONTO, April 30, 2019 /CNW/ - The Law Society of Ontario, along with the League for Human Rights of B'nai Brith Canada, and The Centre for Israel and Jewish Affairs, will host a panel discussion in honour of Holocaust Remembrance Day.
The program will feature Anthony Housefather, Member of Parliament for Mount Royal and Chair of the Justice Committee, and Dr. Barbara Perry, Director, Centre on Hate, Bias and Extremism at UOIT, as they discuss how different communities can work together to address online hate and religious intolerance giving rise to offline violence.
