Ethell, will present Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee medals to six Alberta registered nurses at a ceremony on Friday, January 25 at the College and Association of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CARNA) in Edmonton. Recipients include registered nurses from Edmonton, Calgary and Lethbridge.
