TORONTO, Jan. 30, 2013 /CNW/ - RBC will announce the winners of the 2013 RBC Black History Month Student Essay Competition at a special event to celebrate Black History Month at the Four Seasons Hotel on February 4, 2013. The event will be emceed by CP24 anchor Nathan Downer and will feature a keynote address from Cameron Bailey, Artistic Director, Toronto International Film Festival.
