News conference to announce an innovative program designed to help teach youth how to be safe, respectful and responsible texters. Guest speakers include Mrs. Laureen Harper, who will provide a special message to parents, and Det. Sgt. Kim Scanlan, who will provide local case examples of youth engaging in high-risk behaviour which demonstrates the need for safe texting education.
