Media Advisory - Commissioner of Official Languages Raymond Théberge to appear before the House of Commons Standing Committee on Official Languages

GATINEAU, QC, Oct. 5, 2022 /CNW/ - Commissioner of Official Languages Raymond Théberge will present his brief, Seizing a Historic Opportunity: For a Complete Modernization of the OLA, before the House of Commons Standing Committee on Official Languages at 11 a.m. on Thursday, October 6, 2022.

In his brief, the Commissioner makes a series of specific recommendations to clarify and strengthen some of the measures in Bill C–13 in order to make the Official Languages Act as effective as possible.
