VANCOUVER, Feb. 6, 2019 /CNW/ - Commissioner of Official Languages Raymond Théberge will release Accessing Opportunity: A study on challenges in French-as-a-second-language education teacher supply and demand in Canada. Guest speakers will include representatives from Canadian Parents for French and from the Vancouver School Board.
