OTTAWA and GATINEAU, QC, April 15, 2019 /CNW/ - The Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) will hold a public hearing in Gatineau, Quebec, on Wednesday, April 17, 2019.
The CRTC has called Groupe TVA to this hearing to show cause why the Commission should not issue a mandatory order requiring it to comply with the Discretionary Services Regulations at all times during the dispute with Bell, as well as why the Commission should not suspend its broadcasting licence when it interferes with TVA Sports' signal.
