CALGARY, AB, June 4, 2024 /CNW/ - Mayors of some of Canada's biggest cities will gather in the City of Calgary during the Federation of Canadian Municipalities' Annual Conference. The mayors will share recommendations to better fund municipalities and ensure sustainable finances that will grow with Canada's population and economy. By creating a fair and dependable funding method for local governments, municipalities will be enabled to offer Canadians the quality of life they deserve while supporting Canada's ongoing growth and prosperity.
