Media Advisory: Financial Services Commission of Ontario's Head of Investigations Discuss Auto Insurance Fraud at Fraud Prevention Month Kickoff in Toronto Français
TORONTO, Feb. 26, 2014 /CNW/ - On February 27 at 6 p.m., Terry Weller, Head of Investigations at the Financial Services Commission of Ontario (FSCO), will attend St. Malachy Catholic School in Scarborough and give a presentation on what consumers can do to protect themselves from auto insurance fraud for the launch of Fraud Prevention Month.
Following the presentation, Mr. Weller will be available for media interviews.
Miryam Kassab, FSCO's bilingual spokesperson, will be available for media interviews in French.
FSCO will also have a booth with fraud prevention resources for consumers.
This event is being jointly coordinated by FSCO, the Toronto Police Service's 43 Division and the Toronto Police Service's Financial Crimes Unit.
