Media Advisory - Fundraiser Celebrates Kick Off to Ring in the Holiday Season
VANCOUVER, BC, Nov. 16, 2023 /CNW/ - The Salvation Army will be at Robson Square in Vancouver to kick off the 133rd annual Christmas Kettle Campaign fundraiser on Friday, November 17.
There will be free hot chocolate, live music, and food trucks to kick off the season of giving. Everyone is encouraged to stop by - be one of the first to donate to a red Kettle this season, ring the bells and join in on the fun.

For the next five weeks, the iconic red kettles will line the streets in communities across the province. With a goal of raising $4.2 million dollars, the campaign provides vital funds to feed, clothe and shelter individuals and families in need of support this season and throughout the year.
